Payment Information

At Texas Made Morphs, we accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Cash, Venmo, and After Pay.

We offer payment plans on animals over $500 with a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit. 

45 day plan (1 month 15 days)- $500-$650

75 day plan (2 months 15 days)- $700-$850

120 day plan (4 months)- $900 and above 

We will send a monthly payment reminder via text or email, requesting payment for that month. 

If a monthly payment is missed, even after our reminder, and you failed to communicate with us, the payment plan becomes void. Your deposit and/or previous payments are forfeit and are non-refundable. 

If you cannot make a payment that month, PLEASE let us know. We are willing to work something out with you!! 

We reserve the right to extend a payment plan on a case by case basis. We will NOT extend a payment plan just because you asked. Be prepared to answer questions regarding why you are needing the extension after a plan was agreed upon and deposit was taken. We also reserve the right to determine the time frame of the extension. 

Payment in full must be received before any animal(s) will be shipped or transported to you. 

To hold an animal we will also require a 25% non-refundable deposit. We will hold an animal up to 24-48 hours depending on if we have a reptile expo to vend. Please do not ask us to hold the animal for any longer than that. If you need to ask your significant other, mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, or guardian, please try to do so before inquiring about an animal.

We reserve the right to refuse service to those we think will not be a good fit with our animals. We strive to make sure both our animals and customers are set up to succeed with their new companions. 

Full refunds will only be given in the event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival) based on our live arrival guarantee, IF the requirements stated were in fact met.

"Buyer's Remorse":

If for some reason, a customer has "buyer's remorse" after payment has been received,

but BEFORE the reptile has been shipped; a 25% "restocking" fee will be retained! This includes: using rent money and regretting it, not checking your rental agreement on pet policies before purchasing or any other irresponsibility purchase! Once the reptile is shipped and received, no refunds will be issued for this reason.

GUARANTEES:

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, properly sexed(to the best of our ability), identification of genetics (to the best of our knowledge), eating/eliminating normally, and to have shed at least once.

Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. We want you to be happy with the animals you receive!

Live arrival is guaranteed between 35 to 90 degrees IF:

1. [Customer] over 18 years of age was available to receive the package.

2. [Customer] opened the package immediately upon arrival.

3. [Customer] took pictures/video of unboxing for proof.

4. [Customer] reached out immediately for reimbursement.

Live arrival guarantee will be VOID if you are not present the day of delivery to the FedEx Hub by the time it closes or have provided an incorrect delivery address to a FedEx Hub that accepts live animal shipments. If there is any special request regarding delivery, please notify us directly via email or phone prior to day of shipment.

We will consider REASONABLE offers especially if more than one animal is purchased at a time. Whether an offer is accepted or not will depend on price, quantity and garnered interest.The reptile isn't SOLD until payment/deposit has been received; so we reserve the right to move on.
